Josh Levy, Chief Operating Officer of Levy Realty Advisors, completes a 1031 tax deferred exchange for Lucky Investors, LLC with the acquisition of an approximately 15,000 square foot warehouse located at 4062-4074 NE 7th Ave, Oakland Park, FL 33334 for $2.65 million. The Seller, 4074 LLC, was represented by Randy Rauch of Rauch Heim Commercial Real Estate.
The property was on the market for less than twenty-four hours before Levy submitted an offer on behalf of the Buyer. “The small bay warehouse market in South Florida is among the hottest submarkets in the country both in terms of location and asset type”, said Levy. “You have to be able to source out deals before they hit the market in order to have a chance to win the deal, and that is what we did for our client.”
