Wendy is an experienced property manager and has worked in commercial real estate with some of the top companies in the South Florida area, including Berger Commercial Realty. After joining Levy Realty Advisors in 2018, Wendy began managing a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet which included industrial properties in Oakland Park, Pompano Beach, Lauderhill, and Fort Lauderdale. She plays a vital role by interacting with tenants and vendors, collecting rents, approving and processing property expenses, and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and management obligations of nearly a dozen properties.
