Richard moved to Florida in 1998 from Albany, New York after receiving his education in Accounting and working in the accounting/bookkeeping department for a Real Estate firm in Albany, New York for 4 years. Richard was hired by Levy Realty Advisors in 1999 to handle the back-office accounting and financial reporting for all of Levy Realty Advisor’s Property Management and Corporate needs. Richard’s role as Chief Financial Officer has become increasingly more important. Along with Alan and Josh, Richard is a critical part of the executive decision-making apparatus for the company. He handles compliance issues, computer networking, oversees the accounting/bookkeeping department, and manages all human resource matters.
