As the Chief Operating Officer and Manager of Levy Realty Advisors, Josh directs the daily operations of a 4 million square foot portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate with the help of almost 30 employees. A graduate of Columbia University and Florida State University, Josh’s background is in economics and project management. Having grown up in the business, Josh developed a strong skillset in property management, leasing, and investment sales/acquisitions. Over the course of 7 years between 2016 and 2023, Josh led exponential growth for the company and expanded the portfolio by over 1 million square feet. He also implemented a modernization effort to update the company’s accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting processes, including building teams of people, new operating systems, and software changes. Josh added multiple new property management accounts to the company and put over $120 million of acquisitions together for existing clients during this same 7-year period. Josh is happily married to his wife, Carol Levy, and they have 2 children together. They are members of the Boca Raton Synagogue West (BRS West) community and passionately support Jewish charity groups.
