Ivonne has experience in property management as well as in the areas of accounts receivable/payables, finance, and collections. She had worked with Genet Property Group where she managed a portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet. Ivonne joined Levy Realty Advisors in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager where she provides support services to the Property Managers and Administrative Assistant while overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and management of the properties. She maintains close tenant and vendor relationships by providing excellent customer service. Ivonne holds a degree in Business Management and is a Notary Public.
