Alan is the founder and driving force behind Levy Realty Advisors, LLC. Beginning in 1977 he had the vision, enthusiasm and dedication to form and develop the organization shortly after graduating from the University of Florida in December of 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate. His experience and background as a dealmaker, arranging financing, overseeing the Property Management and Leasing serves the organization and clients well. His knowledge and abilities allow him to analyze any situation and to react quickly to provide positive results. Alan continues to stay involved in all aspects of the company's activities. Alan is very active in the industry, has been a member of the Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors since 1979, and the Society of Commercial Realtors and his extensive community involvement have earned him respect amongst his peers Alan has carefully chosen his staff and with the help of his wife Lynne, Senior Vice President, has been able to maintain a closely knit tightly organized group of skilled professionals to deliver the highest level of service to all of the company's clientele.
Chief Operating Officer
A graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and Florida State University, Josh has a background in economics and project management. While attaining his Master's Degree, Josh held a temporary appointment as a consultant for The World Bank, and was selected for the United Nation's prestigious internship program. After graduating, he traveled to Uganda to lead and create a pilot water, sanitation, and hygiene project which resulted in improved access to education for children with disabilities. Josh launched the project in one school where disability-accessible infrastructure was added and it has since grown to 3 schools impacting the lives of over 2,000 children. Following the successful project in Uganda, Josh moved to India where he managed a micro-finance program targeting female entrepreneurs as well as an agricultural economic development program for rural farmers suffering from drought. In 2016, Josh was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Levy Realty Advisors Inc., his family's real estate firm which has a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties in South Florida.
Sr. Vice President, Brokerage & Tenant Representation
Ken brings over 30 years of experience in the South Florida commercial real estate market with expertise in leasing, investments and market analysis. He was previously Regional Senior Vice President for Truss, an online commercial real estate marketplace where he developed a comprehensive database of South Florida office space and represented corporate tenants in lease negotiations.
He began his career as Director of Research for Cushman and Wakefield’s Miami office and became a go-to source of information for the local and national media. He later started the research division at Colliers International and became a founding partner at Commercial Florida Realty Partners where he designed market databases, authored market reports and branched into tenant representation and investment sales. He moved on to Danburg Properties of Boca Raton as Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions where he completed over 700 leases and helped to substantially increase the company’s investment and development portfolio.
He is the author of KenTrends, a blog on commercial real estate and related fields and has achieved national recognition for his blogging and social media activity. He has been a guest speaker and panelist for numerous commercial real estate organizations. His articles have been published via Propmodo and The Broker List and he has been quoted in The South Florida Sun Sentinel, The Miami Herald, The South Florida Business Journal and the Wall Street Journal.

Judith (Judy) A. Dolan comes to Levy Realty Advisors with a broad range of experience in both commercial sales and leasing. She has handled such notable transactions such as the sale and purchase of East Port Center, a 108,500 SF showroom/warehouse property, Plantation Technology Center, a 98,000 SF multi-tenant office/flex building, and Harbor Place, a 36,000 SF office building on SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, she has represented clients such as Resolve Marine Group, Principal Life Insurance, Seagis Property Group, Bank of America, and US Bank. She will continue to handle commercial sales and leasing at her new position with Levy Realty Advisors. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Ms. Dolan handled real estate transactions as a licensed Florida attorney, including drafting and negotiating contracts and leases and as a real estate closing attorney.
Ms. Dolan is a long-time resident of Broward County involved in many organizations, including being a current director and past President of the board of directors for Advocates for Children & Families, a non-profit adoption agency, founder and past Chairwoman of The Women’s Chamber of Commerce, past President of the American Business Women’s Association.
Ms. Dolan was honored as Member of the Year and Woman of the Year from the American Business Women’s Association and Member of the Month and recipient of the Pinnacle Award from the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Dolan has been named Costar Power Broker 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2015.

Lynne obtained her real estate license in 1986 and after serving as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent for two National Shopping Center Developers and one year with a local developer of 2 million sq.ft. of Industrial Warehouse complexes. She started working with Alan and the company in 1991. Lynne's role as Senior Property Manager, overseeing several of the company's accounts along with her strong computer skills have enabled the company to grow steadily and keep up with the latest technology. Her presence adds the family atmosphere within the company and acts as the glue in helping to keep Alan and the staff on the right track at all times.

Richard moved to Florida in 1998 from Albany, New York after receiving his education in Accounting and working in the accounting/bookkeeping department for a Real Estate firm in Albany, New York for 4 years. Richard was hired by Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. in 1999 to handle the back office accounting and financial reporting for all of Levy Realty Advisor's Property Management and Corporate needs. Richard's role as Chief Operating Officer has become increasingly more important and has assisted the company with Y2K compliance, computer networking, improving the efficiency of the property management division and enabling the company to maintain controlled growth through enhanced technological advancements which he has single handedly implemented. Richard also serves as Alan Levy’s assistant to help manage and run the Corporate Office.

Judy moved to Florida in 1986 and was hired by Levy Realty Advisors, in 1988 to head up the Property Management division. After 30 years in the industry Judy is a true seasoned veteran with excellent credentials and experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial property management and leasing. Judy holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, and is the Past President of the Florida East Coast Chapter of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Loretta is a Certified Property Manager with 30 years of experience in retail, office, industrial and residential real estate. Before joining our team in 2012, she was the Director of Property Management for a privately held, diversified real estate firm, where she managed a portfolio of 20 properties located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida. These properties consisted of approximately two million square feet of retail, office and warehouse space. After earning an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Management, she completed her undergraduate courses in Communications at The Penn State University. Along with her CPM designation, she is also an Accredited On-Site Manager (ARM), earned from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Jan's real estate career took shape in 1985 when he acquired a New York City Real Estate License transforming a music career to embark upon a new stage in his life, focusing on the sale of multi-unit apartment buildings for a Long Island Real Estate brokerage company. After three years working at this firm and another three years working directly for a New York City Principal concentrating in sales, leasing and management of a major portfolio of apartment buildings throughout the metropolitan area of New York City, Jan had an opportunity to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in January of 1991 to manage and lease a portfolio of office buildings. Upon selling these properties for the owners, Jan's association with Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. began in 1995 as a sales/leasing agent, focusing on tenant representation. Instrumental in positioning the company with one of the firm's major accounts, "Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park" , a 515,000 square foot Industrial Park, Jan was promoted to Property Manager and Director of Leasing. Jan currently holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License specializing in tenant representation, leasing, third party management and sales of Industrial properties and Office Buildings.

Ruben Furman is a native Floridian with Hispanic roots, and a business graduate from Florida International University. Ruben also holds a Florida Real Estate license and joined Levy Realty Advisors, Inc., in 2018 to perform property management, sales and leasing duties. With his main focus on “Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park”, His responsibilities span across multiple Broward Country properties managed by Levy Realty Advisors, Inc., His multifaceted skills stem from a diverse background of customer service, sales, accounting, project management , warehouse operations, and building management experience. Possessing bilingual abilities, business knowledge, troubleshooting talent, and overall relationship and management skills bring tremendous value to the Levy team and their customers.
Manager and Leasing Agent - for Central Broward
Angie has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years. Her background includes the Management and Leasing of both Commercial and Residential properties, including mixed-use, retail, industrial, and multi-family projects. Angie joined Levy Realty Advisors in May 2020 and concentrates on Sales, Leasing, and Property Management duties. Working along side Jan Stolow to focus on the Central Broward market, Angie is a Licensed Salesperson in the state of Florida, and earned her Bachelor Degree in Business from West Chester University.

Linda relocated to Ft. Lauderdale from Olympia, Washington in 2002, where she grew up working alongside her family leasing and managing commercial property. Later, she owned and operated her own construction company building single family homes. A licensed realtor in both Washington State and Florida, she also holds a LCAM designation. Linda joined Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. in 2014, as the Assistant Property Manager of the Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park. With over 30 years of construction, sales, residential, and commercial property management experience, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge to the Levy Team.
Kath started with the company in September 2012 and fills the role as one of the companies accounting specialists. Her experience and proficiency in handling complete accounting systems, administrative protocol, financial oriented projects, financial statements & reporting, and computer proficiency, amongst other talents, complements the well balanced back office team required for a company such as Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. that manages over 2 million square feet with over 700 Tenants.
After 35 years of traveling to Florida enjoying all that the Ocean & Beach Communities which Florida has to offer (including the Sea Turtle Rescue), Kath Lawrence has, as recent as 2010, made Lauderdale by the Sea her new home & Levy Realty Advisors part of her new family.
After completing her education and obtaining a BFA Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Kath developed her entrepreneurial skills while owning & operating Powder Pursuits Snowboard Retail & Rental Shop in the Colorado Rockies from 1988 to 2006. After 2006 Kath established a multifaceted consulting service offering research, legal assistance, administrative support projects, and computer tech advice in the accounting specialties field while registered as “Girl Friday Services” of Steamboat Springs, Co. To this day, both businesses are currently productive & growing.
Kimberly Frimel, originally from Cleveland, Ohio has joined the Levy team as an Assistant to our Accounts Payable Director.
Kim brings with her a variety of skills stemming from over 20 years of experience not only from within the corporate world, but also in the education field at the collegiate level as a Scholar Program Coordinator.
Kim also has a creative background with a B.A. in Fine art and also continually works as a freelancer in Graphic Design, Online marketing/SEO and painting. Her continuing education studies after college were focused on computer technology specifically in video graphics and animation. All of her experience as well as her computer & software knowledge are of great value to our office.

Matthew is a native of Hollywood, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Florida State University. With over 21 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing, sales and appraisal and is recognized by CoStar as receiving the POWER BROKER award. Mr. Jones has provided clients with comprehensive advisory services and in-depth market analysis. He has particular skills dealing with real estate brokerage and development of industrial and warehouse properties within Broward County. He has assisted owners in the acquisition and disposition of their properties through utilization of the IRS Code 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. This expertise has been recognized by his selection as a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Commercial REALTORS of Fort Lauderdale (2003), and President of the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) in 2004. Mr. Jones also served on the CIREBA Board of Directors from 2002 through 2005. Mr. Jones continues to stay active within the Brokerage community by participating in networking functions and charitable activities throughout South Florida.

Haley Presser graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. After completing her education, she obtained her Florida Real Estate license and joined Levy Realty Advisors shortly thereafter. She performs property management and leasing duties, focusing mainly in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area and specializing in the retail sector. Currently the property manager and leasing agent for Oakbrook Plaza, Vordermerier Building and the Chapman Portfolio.

Gina joined Levy Realty Advisors in 2008. Having a Florida Real Estate License, Gina has brought efficient skills and experience to the company. Previously she was an office manager at a Real Estate firm in Port St Lucie and her computer skills and attention to detail has proven her to be a key element in the day to day operations of the company.
