Alan is the founder and driving force behind Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. Beginning in 1977 he had the vision, enthusiasm and dedication to form and develop the organization shortly after graduating from the University of Florida in December of 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate. His experience and background as a dealmaker, arranging financing, overseeing the Property Management and Leasing serves the organization and clients well. His knowledge and abilities allow him to analyze any situation and to react quickly to provide positive results. Alan continues to stay involved in all aspects of the company's activities. Alan is very active in the industry, has been a member of the Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors since 1979, and the Society of Commercial Realtors and his extensive community involvement have earned him respect amongst his peers Alan has carefully chosen his staff and with the help of his wife Lynne, Senior Vice President, has been able to maintain a closely knit tightly organized group of skilled professionals to deliver the highest level of service to all of the company's clientele.

Lynne obtained her real estate license in 1986 and after serving as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent for two National Shopping Center Developers and one year with a local developer of 2 million sq.ft. of Industrial Warehouse complexes. She started working with Alan and the company in 1991. Lynne's role as Senior Property Manager, overseeing several of the company's accounts along with her strong computer skills have enabled the company to grow steadily and keep up with the latest technology. Her presence adds the family atmosphere within the company and acts as the glue in helping to keep Alan and the staff on the right track at all times.

Richard moved to Florida in 1998 from Albany, New York after receiving his education in Accounting and working in the accounting/bookkeeping department for a Real Estate firm in Albany, New York for 4 years. Richard was hired by Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. in 1999 to handle the back office accounting and financial reporting for all of Levy Realty Advisor's Property Management and Corporate needs. Richard's role as Controller has become increasingly more important and has assisted the company with Y2K compliance, computer networking, improving the efficiency of the property management division and enabling the company to maintain controlled growth through enhanced technological advancements which he has single handedly implemented. Richard also serves as Alan Levy’s assistant to help manage and run the Corporate Office.

Judy moved to Florida in 1986 and was hired by Levy Realty Advisors, in 1988 to head up the Property Management division. After 30 years in the industry Judy is a true seasoned veteran with excellent credentials and experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial property management and leasing. Judy holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, and is the Past President of the Florida East Coast Chapter of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Karen moved to Florida in 1985 and has over 20 years of customer service experience. She graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science Technical Management degree in Project Management and Marketing and recently completed a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing program where Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Management (SEM) were the major focus. Karen transitioned from residential property management into commercial property management and looks forward to a long career in the commercial sector with Levy Realty Advisors. She is the Assistant Property Manager to Judith B. Deveau in the Deerfield Beach Office.

Jan's real estate career took shape in 1985 when he acquired a New York City Real Estate License transforming a music career to embark upon a new stage in his life, focusing on the sale of multi-unit apartment buildings for a Long Island Real Estate brokerage company. After three years working at this firm and another three years working directly for a New York City Principal concentrating in sales, leasing and management of a major portfolio of apartment buildings throughout the metropolitan area of New York City, Jan had an opportunity to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in January of 1991 to manage and lease a portfolio of office buildings. Upon selling these properties for the owners, Jan's association with Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. began in 1995 as a sales/leasing agent, focusing on tenant representation. Instrumental in positioning the company with one of the firm's major accounts, "Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park" , a 515,000 square foot Industrial Park, Jan was promoted to Property Manager and Director of Leasing. Jan currently holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License specializing in tenant representation, leasing, third party management and sales of Industrial properties and Office Buildings.

Ron graduated from Ohio State University in 1965 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Following graduation, he along with his father co-managed their family furniture store in Portsmouth Ohio for next eleven (11) year. During Ron’s time there working with his father, he played a material part in increasing profits by over 300% through innovations in marketing, display, advertising, purchasing and aggressive sales strategies.
In 1977 Ron married Margaret and moved to South Florida where he worked for Burdines in furniture sales in Hollywood and later Galleria and recognized as the top furniture sales producer at Burdines’s Hollywood store for three (3) straight years from 1978-1980 and the top furniture sales producer for all the Burdines’ South Florida stores from Miami to West Palm Beach in 1982.
During the past 27 years since 1984, Ronald Glick has specialized in office and industrial leasing and sales thru-out Broward and Palm Beach County. In 1984, he joined Grubb & Ellis of Boca Raton and worked there as an office leasing specialist until 1993. In 1990, Ron was recognized as being the top producer for Grubb & Ellis in South Florida. In 1993 he joined American Network Commercial Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale as Vice President of Leasing and built a reputation among his peers as being one of the hardest workers in our industry, willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy his client’s needs.
In 1996 Ron joined Stiles Realty Co., a division of Stiles Corporation, South Florida’s largest commercial real estate development company. Ron’s experience working for one of the area’s largest property owners/developers enabled him to gain a much keener perspective into understanding the key motivating factors influencing an owner’s decision to accept or reject a Tenant for their building(s). As a result, Ron has been able to more effectively structure terms for his clients that will be mutually acceptable to all parties concerned.
By the end of 2010, Ron had been responsible for over 8 million square feet of office and industrial lease and sale transactions. 27 years of specialization in the arena of commercial/industrial leasing and sales has enabled Ron to develop an exceptional degree of insight and knowledge into all aspects of the South Florida marketplace.

Linda has 16 years experience in both corporate and property management accounting. She relocated from Long Island, NY in 1998 to pursue her healthy and spiritual lifestyle. She began working with Levy Realty Advisors as the Assistant Controller to Richard Baker, in 2006. Her daily functions play a vital and intricate role in the accounting operations of the company and has proven to be a team player. Linda makes the back office tick like a well timed clock.

Matthew is a native of Hollywood, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Florida State University. With over 12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing, sales and appraisal, Mr. Jones has provided clients with comprehensive advisory services and in-depth market analysis. He has particular skills dealing with real estate brokerage and development of industrial and warehouse properties within Broward County. He has assisted owners in the acquisition and disposition of their properties through utilization of the IRS Code 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. This expertise has been recognized by his selection as a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Commercial REALTORS of Fort Lauderdale (2003), and President of the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) in 2004. Mr. Jones also served on the CIREBA Board of Directors from 2002 through 2005. Mr. Jones continues to stay active within the Brokerage community by participating in networking functions and charitable activities throughout South Florida.

After 24 years in the Industry; Mary comes to us with excellent credentials and experience, in all aspects of Commercial and Industrial Property Management. Mary holds a FMA (Facilities Management Administrator Designation) and a RPA (Real Property Administrator Designation), both from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).
